We are seeking experienced Closing Agents to conduct real estate closings, oversee all legal and settlement documents, and represent clients at the closing table throughout the state of Florida. In this role, you will manage the full closing process from contract to funding, ensure compliance with Florida regulations, and deliver exceptional service to buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate professionals.
Key Requirements:
- Active Florida Title Agent License required
- 3+ years of experience in real estate closings or the title insurance industry
- Strong working knowledge of Florida closing laws, requirements, and procedures
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
- Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple closings simultaneously
- Proficiency in Qualia and other closing, title, and document management systems
Join our operations team as a Title Insurance Processor, responsible for managing residential and/or commercial closing files from initial order through final settlement. You will coordinate closely with buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, and underwriters to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant closings. This role is essential to delivering smooth, on-time transactions and exceptional client service.
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a processor in the title insurance industry
- Proficient in Qualia and other title/closing software systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing title commitments, settlement statements, and closing documents
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
